League of Extraordinary AI

Help shape how we use technology in our stores.

A line-up of extraordinary characters — inspiration for the program.

Why this exists

AI is changing how we operate. We'd rather be the ones figuring out how — not the ones reacting to it. We're assembling a small internal team to test, build, and deploy AI tools across the Group.

This is for you if…

  • You want to make an impact
  • You see specific friction in your day and want to fix it
  • You think problem-first, tool-second
  • You'll commit to ship something, not just experiment
  • You can manage change at your store when it's time to roll out

This isn't for you if…

  • You want to "play with AI" without a clear goal
  • You expect the tool to figure out the problem for you
  • You don't want to roll up your sleeves and implement

What you get

  • AI tool budget
  • Support from Group leadership
  • Visibility across the dealer group
  • First crack at deploying tools you help build

What we expect

  • One 90-minute working session per month
  • One idea, developed and iterated over ~12 months
  • Change management at your store when it ships
  • Follow through

Three project ideas

Three shapes a project can take. Pick the one that fits the problem you want to solve.

01

Simplify your workflow

Use Claude's pre-built tools to compress repetitive parts of your job. Upload your data and workflows — reporting, drafting, analysis, research — and let Claude handle the heavy lifting.

02

Customize an internal app

Replace or improve an existing app at the store. The app itself isn't AI-powered — but we'll build it fast using Claude Code, with engineering support.

03

AI-first automation

An AI-first project. Use the Claude API to talk to customers, work with our data, and make suggestions. Real automation that runs on its own.

Application

Five questions. About 30 minutes.

Be specific. Polish doesn't matter.

What's a recurring problem in your day or your store? Who has it, how often, and what does it cost us today?

How would you start solving it? Just where you'd begin, not the full answer.

How would you know it's working at 90 days? At 12 months?

Tell us about something you've changed or improved at work — what was the situation, what did you do, what happened?

If you could hire for one role today that isn't a standard job (advisor, sales, etc.), what would it be and why?
